KD Bowe

KD Bowe was born in Norfolk, VA and raised in Currituck Co., NC. During his college years, a casual request for the time from his college radio station's general manager began his highly popular career in radio.

Known nation wide for his comedic, witty, and sometimes controversial radio show, KD Bowe's rich baritone voice has been used on hundreds of commercials, and as the signature voice for radio and TV stations both nationally and abroad. He's been featured on several artists' recording projects and has even recorded his own single that gained national airplay.

A recipient of the 1998 Trailblazer Award for excellence in the arena of mass media, KD Bowe is also the CEO of KDB Productions, a cutting edge audio services production company located in Conyers, GA.

Morgan Dukes

Morgan Dukes is a native of Mississippi and has spent the last 15 years in the broadcasting industry. She began her career as a television reporter in Hattiesburg, MS, moved into film and theatre and finally established herself in radio broadcasting as an on-air personality. She has worked in every format of radio and a host of cities before realizing the call of God on her life to serve in the ministry of Gospel radio.
Morgan is "First Lady" of the Community Fellowship Christian Center in Atlanta, GA a teacher in the Continuing Education Department and sings in the choir. She is married to Pastor Jerome Dukes and they are the proud parents of one son, Justin.
"God has allowed me to work in various formats, travel across this beautiful country and most importantly to learn His Word", states Morgan.

Skipper Lee Frazier/ Rev. Gregory Griffin

Since 1954, Skipper Lee has been involved with radio in Houston, Texas. Skipper Lee's voice and his "Mountain of Soul" signature has graced the airway and the area for many years. He can be heard now each day at 2 p.m. on KWWJ Gospel 1360, and presently, KGLD Gospel 1330 in Tyler, as he broadcasts from his 2nd floor office of Eternal Rest Funeral Home.

Rev. Gregory Griffin is a father of four and grandfather of six.  He also serves as a Gospel preacher since 1979 with the Christ Center Outreach Ministries.  You can hear Rev. Griffin every weekday  as the co-host to Skipper Lee Frazier on the "Skipper Lee Frazier" show.
The Divine Drive w/ Darrell Martin II & Kenneth Butler

Darrell Martin II was born in Houston and raised in a small city outside of Houston called Humble, TX.  He started training in the gospel radio industry at the early age of 14 years.  Darrell had two radio shows at two different radio stations at the age of 17 years.  He has worked at KWWJ 1360 AM in Baytown, TX. and also KYOK 1140 AM in Conroe, TX. After a four-year leave from radio to go to school, Darrell has come back to his radio roots and now joined the KGLD 1330 AM family in Tyler, TX.

Kenneth was born in Overton, Texas - a very small town where everybody knows everybody.  Kenneth has been in Gospel Music since 1977.  He is a member of the Gospel Music Workshop of America, Texas Mass Choir, The Tyler Area Chapter Gospel Music Workshop of America.

Kenneth host his own television segment known as "Kenneth's Korner" - it is a variety broadcast that deals with many events and/or issues.  Kenneth started with radio through Community Focus Network, a broadcast that aires over KGLD 1330 AM radio in Tyler, Texas.  He host "The Bishop N Worship" segment on fridays and he also co/host the "Divine Drive" Monday - Friday.  He is really grateful for so many opportunities.  All the "Glory" he gives to God.

Originally from Detroit, Jackie graduated from Wayne State University with a degree specializing in Radio and Television. She has worked for WTVS-TV 56 and WDIV-TV 4 in Detroit, and WDTN-TV 2 in Dayton, Ohio, as well as other communication entities.

Before coming to the Sheridan Gospel Network, she worked as an Assistant to the President at WPBA-TV 30, Public Television in Atlanta. Jackie also does voice-overs, and can be heard on several public TV affiliates and various radio stations across the United States.

Mike Gamble, a 25 year veteran of radio has returned to The Light. His career started in Jacksonville, FL with WPDQ. From Jacksonville, Gamble spent 15 years in Atlanta, GA radio holding positions from production manager to program director. Gamble served as Director of Gospel Programming overseeing three gospel stations in Atlanta, GA, Baltimore, MD and Dallas, TX. He has been a station owner and operator. Currently, Gamble and his wife operate a small media buying agency specializing in ministry media planning. Gamble is the husband of Tina and father of four children and four grandchildren. He is honored and delighted to serve God on "The Light" as Director of Programming.

Billy Daniels is an Ormond Beach, FL native and attended Bethune-Cookman College on a music scholarship where he earned a BA in English/Communications. In addition to his on-air duties, Billy is the Creative Director and Writer for the Nationally syndicated show "The Bobby Jones Gospel Countdown", he is also a voice-over talent for commercials and other programming for SPS (Sheridan Production Services). Billy's inspirational booster is "If your vision doesn't cost you something, then it's only a daydream."

Larry Young, born in Washington DC and raised in Atlanta GA has recorded 3 albums with Atlanta International Records artist and Grammy nominee, James Bignon and Deliverance, two albums with CGI and Beracah Records artist, Candi Staton and Atlanta independent recording artist, Maxine Blake and Promise among others.

Larry Young is the former General Manager and Program Director for Atlanta's first multicultural radio station fusing urban gospel and contemporary Christian music, Praise 1040, Atlanta's Christian Choice and host of the Larry Young Morning Show also heard on the Internet. Larry is the former Program Director and Morning Show Host of Praise 97.5FM in Atlanta, the first major market FM gospel station in the United States. He has worked as Program Director for WAEC Love 86AM, WYZE 1480AM, Kiss 104.1, Glory 1340, Classic 1160 and was Music Director for WATB 1420AM all in Atlanta GA. His television credits include 4 years as co-host and talent coordinator for the Trinity Broadcasting Network production of "Say Yes" with Candi Staton. He is also a freelance television host of several independent productions including 4 years of backstage Stellar Awards interviews on "Music Talk" a Diamond Light Media

Dr. Bobby Jones

Jones has revolutionized the gospel music industry. Bobby Jones Gospel is the first and only nationally syndicated black gospel television show and Video Gospel, which debuted in 1989, is the only national television outlet gospel artists have to show their videos. Born in Henry County, TN., Jones always dreamt of a career in music. He excelled academically throughout school, graduating from high school at 15 and Tennessee State University at 19 with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. Jones continued his education by pursuing a master's degree at Tennessee State and a doctorate from Vanderbilt.

Jones received The Gabriel Award and an International Film Festival Award for writing and performing Make A Joyful Noise. He and his group, New Life, were nominated for a Grammy Award in 1982 for "Best Performance by a Black Contemporary Gospel Group" for the album Soul Set Free. In 1984, he received the Gospel Music Association's (GMA) Dove Award for Black Contemporary Album of the Year, a Grammy Award for "Best Vocal Duo for a Soul/Gospel Performance" for the single; I'm So Glad I'm Standing Here Today performed with country music star Barbara Mandrell, and an NAACP Image Award. In 1990 he received the GMA's Commonwealth Award for Outstanding Contribution to Gospel Music. In 1994, Jones was nominated for the CableACE Award. He resides in Nashville, TN.

He dominates Sunday programming as the host and executive producer of Bobby Jones Gospel, and producer of Video Gospel. Bobby Jones Gospel, for which he is best known, has been seen on BET since November 1980 and is one of the network's most popular shows. Every Sunday, Jones along with the New Life Singing Aggregation performs contemporary gospel music and welcomes an array of gospel artists such as Kirk Franklin, John P. Kee, Yolanda Adams, The Canton Spirituals, Hezekiah Walker and more.
